гос. фин., амер. дата конструктивного получения*, подразумеваемая дата получения* (дата получения дивидендного или другого дохода, используемая для целей налогообложения и определяемая как дата начисления дохода, а не фактического его получения; напр., если дивиденды можно было получить 29 декабря, налогоплательщик должен включить их в декларацию того же года, даже если фактически он их получил только в следующем году)
